The Eshop has two separate spaces, each with its own terms: Private customers (prices shown inc. VAT, 14-day right to change your mind) and Business customers (prices shown excl. VAT, orders are final, payment in full up front, VAT added at checkout). Which account you use decides the pricing and terms you get.
