You’ll get a confirmation email with your order number as soon as payment goes through. If the item’s in stock, we start preparing it straight away; if not, we order it from the supplier and the lead time shown at checkout applies. If anything looks off, your details, your address, a payment issue, we may pause your order until we can confirm everything. For business customers, confirmed and paid orders are final: no cancellations, finish changes or delivery date changes without our written agreement.
