Private customers
Yes — you have 14 days from delivery (or from your last item, if delivered in stages) to change your mind, no reason needed. Request a return through our contact form or from your account (“Request a return”), then send the item back within 14 days at your own cost. Made-to-order or personalised items (custom fabric, colour or dimensions) can’t be returned this way.
Business customers
Business-to-business orders are generally final. There’s a narrow legal exception if all of the following apply: you ordered remotely via the Eshop, the item falls outside your main business activity, and your company has 5 employees or fewer. Made-to-order or personalised items are excluded either way.
