Private customers
Check your parcels while the courier’s still there, before you sign. If something’s wrong, write specific, dated notes on the delivery note — “subject to inspection” alone won’t count — refuse the delivery if it’s damaged, then report it within 48 hours via our after-sales form. Spotted a fault or the wrong item after unpacking? You’ve got 2 working days to let us know, with photos, via the same form.
Business customers
International and non-mainland-France deliveries are made under Incoterm DDP, so risk passes to you on delivery, before unloading. If there’s damage, note it precisely on the consignment note, then send the carrier a formal written complaint by registered post within 3 days, copying sav-eshop@silvera.fr. For anything else, you have 48 working hours after delivery to raise it.
